		<description>If Priority is given to Cyclists at the Junctions and Cyclist do not need to stop at each set of Lights every 50 Metres then it looks Great, otherwise back to the Drawing board. 
We need plenty of  Covered Cycling Parking  Stands as well along the way.</description>
